Mr. Hawkins has been involved in the Mining Exploration and Investment industry since 1969. He has been variously responsible for the identification and/or delineation of 10 mineral deposits in Canada, USA, Chile, Ghana, Mali and Zaire (DRC). In acting as Founding Project Consultant and/or Founding Director of seven public and privateExploration/Development ventures he has participated in or been responsible for the definition of at least one resource/reserve in every case with four cases resulting in production in the USA, Chile, Ghana and Mali. In 1990 he started CME, an international full service consultancy and contracting firm, which grew to include Spectral International Geophysics, Eagle Drilling and ATS Inc.

Prior to that he was an investment officer with the International Finance Corporation and a resource industry banker with Barclays Bank.

A financial professional with over 30 years experience in corporate finance, financial advisory and the resource industry banking. From 2000 to the present he has been an advisor to or officer of both private and public companies. From 1987 to 2000 he was Managing Director of Total Office Services, which provided executive office and business support services.

is a geologist and computer applications specialist with over 20 years experience in the mineral exploration field. He is currently President of CME Consultants Inc., the project manager for Yellowhead's Harper Creek project.

is an independent senior business advisor to the mining industry, with over 25 years experience in significant international exploration, development and mining ventures, and all aspects of their structuring and finance. He headed the Global Mining Practice for Fasken, Martineau, DuMoulin and was recently Managing Director for Endeavour Financial.

resident in Dubai, UAE, is a financial professional with over 40 years of experience as a chartered accountant, and trust company office and director. He has worked in London, UK, Channel Islands and Dubai.
Position: Director, Chair of the Audit Committee
Mr. Graetz is a mining engineer with over 25 years international mining experience having worked in the USA, Canada, the Philippines, Kazakhstan and South Africa in senior mine operational, corporate development, feasibility study and CFO/finance/ administration roles. He has held senior management positions with Thistle Mining Inc., Placer Dome Group, Lonrho and Gencor in South Africa.
