The company plans to advance the Harper Creek project through:

• Expansion of the Measured + Indicated and Inferred NI 43-101 resource tonnage and upgrading of the existing measured + indicated resource through in-fill and step-out drilling.
• Continuation of engineering, feasibility study including, metallurgical and environmental studies.
• Continuing First Nations and community consultation.
• Continued exploration drilling in target areas identified through airborne and ground geophysics and soil geochemistry.
• Filing development permit applications.
• Permitting, financing and participating in developing an operating mine. (Subject to feasibility)

Following significant advancement of the Harper Creek deposit, the company plans to review, acquire, explore and develop other mineral properties of merit.
